About Us
There is a large and diverse skill resource in rural areas either in existing farm businesses or from the general rural population that is unused due to lack of information available. At the same time there is a demand for these skills from local people who perceive local suppliers to be more trustworthy.
Bedfordshire Rural Skills Network is designed to bridge the gap between the skills resources and the population. It allows people to find local providers for any work they need completing.
We also aim to provide a resource for training providers and people looking to undertake training in a specific skill.
There will be the facility to post if you are in need of people with certain skills and also if you have a skill and spare time then you can let people know.
